Warranty Policy

Thank you for making a wise decision in buying a premium, quality mattress set from SUPER-PEDIC.

              We warrant against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material of your new bedding products. If you notice a defect, or have a concern about your bedding after purchasing, contact the dealer from which you purchased the bedding. If the dealer cannot be reached, please write to us directly. Remember that you must be able to provide proof of purchase (including the date).

              Your SUPER-PEDIC bedding product will be repaired or replaced (at our option) with charges, as shown on the mattress label of your bed. If warranty is not stated on label, contact dealer for information. 

The Limited Warranty is valid only under the following circumstances: 

1. You must be the original purchaser from an authorized SUPER-PEDIC dealer (in the United States). Warranty does not cover items that bedding sold “as is” or bedding purchased from second hand parties, non-retail establishment.
2. You must provide a copy of the original store purchased receipt, proof of purchase and purchased price.
3. You must provide the transportation or accept freight charges and from the nearest SUPER-PEDIC factory, to either return the product for repair or replacement of the product. You also accept the inspection cost.

Please Note: All mattresses and toppers have a fault tolerance of plus or minus 1” (one inch) on each side.

This Warranty Cover

• Body indentations greater than 1.5
• Excessive lumpy feel.
• Coils or wires that are loose, broken, ripped or protrude through the fabric.
• Sagging, but only when the mattress has been continuously support by foundation that is solid or with slat style foundation where the slats are no more than 4” apart from the head toe.

The Limited Warranty does not including the following:

1. The mattress of box spring fabric cover. Fabric Stains, soiling or burns.
2. Regular body impressions (less than 1.5 inches)
3. Bent border wire due to mishandling. Bent border rods due to moving or bending the mattress.
4. Handles are not covered. Mattress handles are only for positioning the mattress or box spring and are not designed to support the full weight of the mattress.
5. Comfort preference. “Too hard or too soft” is a judgment not warranted.
6. Sheet fit (SUPER-PEDIC does not warrant that the mattress will fit a particular sheet size).
7. Transportation charges or removal costs of the Product
8. Excessive abuse
9. Mattress damage due to inappropriate foundation. Foundation must be supported by three bed slats on a cross-based frame. A frame must have a minimum of four legs, glides, or rollers on twin and full size: five on queens and six on kings.
10. Bedding height.
11. Upon inspection, any article found to be in an unsanitary condition will not be repaired or replaced and the warranty will be considered null and void.
12. Warranty is void if any labels are removed.
13. Mattress set outside in direct sunlight any more than 2 days.
14. Firmness preference of the product.
15. Merchandise sold “as-is” “distressed” or floor model” 

 SUPER-PEDIC Company reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate the warranty when, upon inspection, the mattress is found to be in an unsatisfactory condition or when the products failure is caused factors other than defective workmanship or materials.

16. Any and all implied warranties on this product shall not exceed in duration the term of the limited warranty. This warranty begins on the day you purchase your mattress. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so that above limitation or exclusion may not apply.
17. The company does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person’s medical condition. The company makes no warranty beyond what is contained in writing.
18. SUPER-PEDIC company has right to refuse services for any mattress and box spring have been stain, body fluid or any kind of liquid on mattress and box will void warranty.
19. This warranty gives specific legal right. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
