• In-Stock Items: Items available in our inventory usually ship within 3 to 7 business days, ensuring a swift delivery process to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

• Made-to-Order Items: For furniture pieces that require production, please allow a lead time of 1 to 4 weeks before shipping. These items are crafted with care to meet our high-quality standards and your specific needs.

We offer a range of delivery options to accommodate your preferences and budget. Delivery fees vary based on the price of the item purchased:

For Items from $0 to $500

• Threshold Delivery (Economy) - $75

Delivery to the first dry area (garage or covered porch). Inside delivery is not included.

• Room of Choice Delivery - $100

1-2 person delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases). Assembly is not included.

• White Glove - Packaging Removal - $125

1-2 person delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases), including package removal. Assembly is not included.

• White Glove - Light Assembly - $150

Delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases), package removal, and basic tool assembly (up to 30 minutes). No mounting or hookups included.

For Items from $500 to $3000

• Threshold Delivery (Economy) - $175
