Return And Refund Policy

Shipping Policies

GAFER Furniture™ delivers furniture and mattresses locally in Houston and surroundings. Next day delivery available for in stock mattresses. Delivery includes Free set up of your new mattress and delivery of your new furniture. Next day delivery Monday - Friday is available for orders placed before 12 pm. Orders placed after 12 pm. will be scheduled for two business days delivery. If you need delivery for any other day just let us know on notes when completing your order or give us a call. We do not have a used mattress removal service.

Nationwide Shipping

Some mattresses and Furniture are available for nationwide shipping. These orders are process same day and ship in 1-2 days. Shipping time is usually 3-5 business days. Some products will ship directly to you from our manufacturers. Nationwide Shipments and deliveries are performed by a third party such as FedEx, UPS.

Order Cancellations: 

Online Orders can be canceled or changed without any fee up to 24 hours if they have not been shipped or delivered. Just call us during business hours at (832) 656-9647 or email us at info@gaferfurniture.com Orders that have been shipped or delivered are unable to be canceled or changed.

All Mattresses Come with Factory Warranty.

Of course, if your new mattress is delivered damaged in shipment then we will exchange it right away for you at no charge. Just make a note of the damage on the shipper’s receipt prior to signing and then give us a call so we can assist. 

Return and Refund

Pillows, mattress protectors and sheets can be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items need to be undamaged, in new and unused condition, and include original packaging materials and product literature. Please be aware that all mattresses, box springs and furniture purchases are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for incurred round trip shipping fees and must be received within 30 days. Credit will be given in 3-5 business days from product return arrival.
