Refund policy

Order Cancellations:

Online Orders can be canceled or changed without any fee up to 24 hours if they have not been shipped or delivered. To cancel or change your order, please call us during business hours at ‭(832) 401-8881‬ or email us at info@gaferfurniture.com. Orders that have been shipped or delivered are unable to be canceled or changed.

Factory Warranty:

All furniture products come with a factory warranty. In the event your new furniture is delivered damaged, we will exchange it immediately at no charge. Please note the damage on the shipper’s receipt prior to signing and contact us promptly for assistance.

Return and Refund Policy:

Please note that as per our updated policy, we do not accept returns. This applies to all of our products including pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, mattresses, box springs, electric adjustable beds and furniture. We emphasize our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction and advise customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing.
