Excellent Customer Service

Customer service was excellent- had to re-schedule with shipper for delivery due to shipping delay- not a problem- packaged well- assembly was very easy- leather very nice- again customer service was excellent! Overall Excellent!

Good Chair but with one issue.

This is a good looking chair and seems to be well made. The wood is solid but is not maple as has been suggested. The seat and back cushions are very firm, so it feels like you are sitting on top of the chair rather than sitting down in the chair. The back cushions seem to make me sit straight up, almost a bit forward, rather than back at a relaxed angle. Hopefully they’ll break in soon and that will change. My only real disappointment is with the reclining position. It’s either sit straight up or fully recline to an almost horizontal position. Somewhere in between, like most recliners I’ve had, would be better; like the one shown in the second photo in the listing. There seems to be a slight detent spot in the mechanism at just about the half reclined point, but there is no way to stop it and keep it there. If anyone knows of a way to adjust this, it would be good to know.

Overall though I do like it.

The perfect chair!

I bought this chair 17 years ago and have loved it so much that I wanted 2 more. I could not find it in furniture stores. I was surprised to find it on Amazon and was nervous purchasing online for fear of damage in shipping. I received them in perfect condition, I assembled them myself (just slip the back section onto the seat section) and I’m very happy. They are beautiful, incredibly comfortable and well made!

Wonderful and Real Leather

We're super impressed with this chair. High quality and very comfortable. It has just the right amount of give when you sit down—hard to describe.

If you're mechanically inclined, the assembly will be a snap. If not, it's going to take you a little while, but the instructions are very clear and the parts are well labeled. If you have a ratchet drive with Allen wrench attachments, that will make the process faster.

Note that the shipping was not smooth. It was late and the tracking information was totally wrong.
