Very nice chair but definitely for a taller person

Very nice chair but definitely for a taller person. My husband, who has long legs, found his feet did not completely hit the floor if he scooted back in the seat.

The chair is easy to push back and recline

This chair is very plush, and is all leather with suede coverings for the underside. The chair is easy to push back and recline, as well as return to an upright position. The color is a warm chestnut brown, with tones of chocolate and mahogany. There is a burnished brass nailhead trim around the armrests . The seat is very comfortable, no need for extra cushions under the tush! Measurements listed are accurate. This is a great Barcalounger product at a price over 50% lower than retail. The delivery service called 24 hours ahead to schedule a delivery time and they were prompt. The chair was well boxed, wrapped in muslin bags to protect the leather and then packed in styrofoam. - Plus the box was attached to a wood pallet. Assembly was simple - we only had to insert the back into the seat and screw on the 4 wood feet. Took 10 minutes.

Wonderful and Real Leather

We're super impressed with this chair. High quality and very comfortable. It has just the right amount of give when you sit down—hard to describe.

If you're mechanically inclined, the assembly will be a snap. If not, it's going to take you a little while, but the instructions are very clear and the parts are well labeled. If you have a ratchet drive with Allen wrench attachments, that will make the process faster.

Note that the shipping was not smooth. It was late and the tracking information was totally wrong.
